The product does come with some minor flaws but overall this version and type of merchandise is great quality. My girlfriend owns plushies from different companies and the quality isn't top tier but high enough. Pros: -Fluffy -Great dimension -Comes with a cute bag -Magnetic shell -Durable Cons: -No proper cleaning/washing instructions. (At least I didn't get one). -Labels are in Chinese. -Bag comes apart easy Be AWARE of the bag this product is packed in. The bag has a picture of the plushie. Open the bag with caution because the bag RIPS out easily. My bear teared. I have not attempted to wash the plush so look up an online guide to wash it.
