I rarely write reviews, but this item is worth the time. I wanted to decorate my house for the holidays without hanging lights outside, and these candles were easy to sit on the windowsills inside. They look attractive, in my judgment. Hard to believe at the price, but they come with a remote control that allows setting a repeat timer to turn them on only for a set interval of time in the evening. They do require two AAA batteries for each candle (the remote comes with a pre-installed button battery), and at least in my experience, fully charged quality rechargeable batteries do not have enough power to light the candles, so you may need a number of conventional batteries to make them work for you. Never thought I’d be one for electric flame candles, but with a toddler around it seems safer. So far these candles have been impressive. They have a remote control that has timer settings for the candle to turn on daily at the same time. You can have a static or dynamic flame. They accept AAA batteries and the battery life has been good. The real wax is a nice aesthetic feature. The candles are sturdy in the decorative holder. I have no complaints! Read more

I bought 4 boxes of these candles, and they work beautifully, however, the bases don't fit all my candle holders. I have added some little pieces of wax to see if they will stay upright better, but for some candle holders these are too big bases and others too little. They served their purpose to make a house full of non-burning candle light, but now I have more than I need. They do respond nicely to the remote control, however I would advise anyone else to mark each set and the respective remote before use so the remote will work when the candles are spread around the room and. no longer in the series that I started out with. Very charming look, simulating very gentle candlelight, I have enjoyed them but not sure how to figure out which set goes with which remote now. Read more

I actually originally ordered a set like this through another company and what I received was TERRIBLE, not at all like the description or pics, very cheap, horrible bright orange light. Returned those and bought these and let me tell you, from someone who loves candles and has bought flameless before, these are the best you can get without paying Luminara prices. Very high quality, well made, real wax the light itself is beautiful, could be a little warmer as far as that goes but like I said as close as you can get without spending a fortune and I don't even know if Luminara is better than these. The lighting settings can make them bright or dim which makes them look very cozy and perfect for mood lighting. Honestly unless you're up close to these you wouldn't even be able to tell they aren't real. I tested that out by setting one up on the mantle next to the prior poor quality ones and called my husband into the room to look without telling him what these were, his response was "what, now you're putting the fake ones next to the real ones to compare?" I was like you think those are real (this product)? He was like they're not?! He still gets taken aback by them thinking they're real. They look great with the wick flickering and without. Honestly before I was deadset on needing the "moving" wick but tried these out and wouldn't go back, like my husband says, candles don't dance around that much anyway lol. He's right, I had these next to real candles for a few minutes to see how I'd feel comparing them to real thing and no, the real flame does not move around like that lol. These are the same price as the other poor quality brand I bought too. There's just no comparison. I attached photos here on my mantle, in the 1st photo the poor quality brand is on the left, this brand in the middle, and a real candle on the right. I also took up close photos with this brand next to a real candle so you can see just how close these are. Like I said the only thing I'd change is making the light itself a little warmer, in photos you can't actually see the full accuracy of the lighting, in person it's a bright white-pinkish sort of glow. But you only pick up on the flame being a little off if you're super close to them anyway. They're worth the money, you won't regret it! In the video I turned each one on a few seconds apart so the flickering wouldn't sync up. I also read a review from someone who painted the wicks to make them warmer and I may try that. Read more

I love these candles. I got them on sale & I couldn’t pass up the price. I love that they come with a remote that controls the brightness of the candle. You cant set the timer so it turns on & off automatically every night & the flickering option is so pretty. They are good quality & i love the wax melt that drips down. Read more

These were better than expected. Arrived on time , packaged well. Beautiful candle. Has a wax feel, even though it’s not. I love love the remote. You can set a timer if you choose. Even the men in my house compliment them. The flickering of the faux flame is realistic. I don’t feel like I have tacky fake candles. They are beautiful and will but more. I loved how easy they were to charge and having no batteries. I love the color and the fact that the flicker is very natural and soothing rather than irritating. I did NOT love the fact that two out of 18 of them would not charge a second time. I would have given them a 5 star review had it not been for that. And now, having two of them not work, I had to order a new set to make up for the ones missing in order to have them all match. Read more
