This is a great product for Whitening maintenance without sensitivity. The price is excellent and you do get whitening from this just don't expect anything extreme. The directions say to wear for 30 to 60 minutes then remove the strips but I usually end up keeping them a bit longer because I put them on before showering then take them off and brush my teeth. I was so excited for these but they were so freaking uncomfortable to have on my teeth I just couldn’t do it for the full time to get the max benefits! They easily triggered my gag reflex too which is not pleasant. They’re easy to apply but don’t necessarily adhere as well as they probably should. I was making sure to follow all of the instructions too. The taste isn’t bad though and the little reside it leaves washes right off after you’re finished. I have very sensitive teeth and my gums are receding, so I thought I couldn't whiten my teeth. I've tried several brands and they all make my teeth even more sensitive. I ordered these, hoping their gentle description was true. I'm glad I did. I've been using them for a week and haven't noticed any sensitivity issues. On top of that, they do a good job of whitening my teeth. My teeth weren't super yellow, just a little dingy. I've noticed a difference after one week. They are easy to apply and don't slip when I have them on. The directions say to keep them on from 30 to 60 minutes. I've kept them on for 30 minutes each night after I brush my teeth. There's no taste to them when they are on, but when you pull them off, there is a little mint flavor to the leftover gel. I just rub the leftover gel over my teeth after I remove the strips. There are 40 strips total, but this equals 20 applications as you use one for the top and one for the bottom each time you apply them. They're a little hard to pull off your teeth after they've been on for 30 minutes, so don't be afraid to pull a little harder when removing them. Read more

First off, I have used a lot of different types of whitening tools (including whitening toothpaste daily). This includes dentist-created trays, the mouth guard that lights up, and now strips. There are a few things that really differentiate strips from the others, primarily the fact that the whitening agent is actually right on your teeth because of the strip adhesion. It made me wish I just started with strips way back when. I have checked all the ingredients on these strips and all of them are safe to use. The pack comes in a box that is additionally wrapped. It has a stamped batch number as well as expiration (my expiration was 9 months from receipt). Note: the manufacturing location is Dubai per the box. They come with 20 packs, which each have two strips (one for top and one for bottom). So, 40 strips, but really 20 applications. At $30 a box at time of review, that's $1.50 an application (it seems to me that if you can get strips for $1 or less per application, that is a win). Here are my biggest positive takeaways from these: *They adhere. My teeth weren't even dry and they stay on for the whole hour *The peroxide content at 10% is a pretty good sweet spot, IMO. Higher and you're likely to feel some sensitivities *The flavor is pleasant without and chemical taste. *They work! I noticed a difference after a single application. Granted, my teeth were already pretty white according to a color chart I use (from another product). I started off at about a 3.5 and after just 1 application I was in the solid 3 range. The 1 star off was for the cost. If they lowered this to $1 per application, it's an easy choice for me. Read more
