Oh my goodness, I love these paper towels! I was so tired of spending a lot on an item that we literally throw money away on every time we use one! I thought our family would give these bulk paper towels a try. It took us only about a minute to get used to them, and now we use them for everything from hand drying, wiping counters, cleaning end even napkins! They are thicker than a couple of other brands that I tried. I love that they are sanitary and always put some in the bathroom for guests to dry their hands on. I've been buying/using Genuine Joe Multifold Hand Towels for very long time. They are first-class quality at a great price. I just opened the box I received on 11/21/2025 and there were only 15 packs [should be 16 packs] in the undamaged factory sealed box. I guess some employee or automated machine at the paper factory was having a bad day and didn't put in the correct amount of packs in the box, no big deal, no problem, stuff happens, I understand. I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention about this rare occurrence. I will continue to buy Genuine Joe Multifold Hand Towels in the future, and hopefully I'll receive a full box next time [and I have confidence that I will]. Read more

I ordered these for our church. The date on delivery was to be a few days, but then got bounced around, I guess just like the box, luckily the towels were fine. And fit our towel dispensers fine. So far, so good. But because the delivery date was almost delayed. I also ordered another brand, that was more costly. Will stick with these, if they work as well as the more expensive brand. Love using these, instead of rolls of paper towels. These are more sanitary. Read more

These Genuine Joe multifold hand towels work well and are pretty absorbent for 1-ply. They’re perfect for everyday use in our office and hold up well without falling apart. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes the towels feel a bit thin compared to others I’ve used, but for the price and quantity, they’re a solid choice. Read more

These are basically origami for your bathroom—folded so neatly you almost feel bad using them. One ply, but somehow they hold up better than the napkins at most diners. I grabbed a stack and felt like a hotel concierge handing out luxury wipes. They’re white, they’re rectangular, and they make you wonder why you ever wrestled with flimsy rolls. I picked up the Genuine Joe Multifold Hand Towels hoping they would be a solid option for daily use, especially since I go through a lot of paper towels in both home and small workspace settings. These towels are functional, but the overall value didn’t quite match my expectations. The towels themselves are fairly decent for being 1-ply. They dry hands well enough, and they don’t tear instantly the moment they get a little wet. The size is standard and fits properly into most multifold towel dispensers without issues. I also noticed that the texture is softer than some other budget options, which is a nice touch if you’re using them frequently throughout the day. They’re definitely not the rough “sandpaper” type you sometimes get at this price point. However, the biggest issue for me—and the reason I can’t rate them higher—is the quantity. Even though each pack contains 250 towels and the set includes 16 packs, the actual usage experience makes it feel like you’re getting less than expected. The packs look pretty thin, and we burned through them faster than normal. For a household or business with moderate to high usage, you will likely find yourself restocking more often than you’d like. When compared to other brands in a similar price range, the value simply doesn’t hold up as well. Overall, these towels get the job done, but they don’t offer the strong value I was hoping for.
