I bought these for my grandchild who was born at 37 weeks. Baby weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 18.5 inches long at birth, and then dropped to 5 pounds, 12 ounces. Baby was swimming in newborn/0-3m size sleepers. The Preemie size was just long enough to cover his feet and the arms just fit with the hand cover flipped closed. At one week of age and back at 6 pounds, the sleeves were too short to fold the cover closed. The gowns washed up nicely and were soft and comfy. The gowns made it easy to change diapers, worked well with swaddling, and the knees up newborn scrunch. They were outgrown in a week, which was expected, but still worth the purchase. Read more
