There is a lot going on for such a little device! It's wild how cold and hot this massager can be, and also how quickly the switch is between the two. It takes almost no time for it to heat up or cool down. I know this is primarily for use with masks, but man, I kinda just dig using it when I'm feeling stressy or headachey. It's really relaxing. I didn't try the app because honestly I'm tired of downloading an app for every single thing I own, and also I really don't want to feed AI pictures of my face. BUT, the product itself I love. I wasn't impressed with this device and that's no doubt because it comes with no instructions. You have to download and set up an app, which I didn't find to be very intuitive. I had to do a lot of clicking around just trying to find out how to properly use this thing. Eventually, I hit on a series of 2-minute videos in the app that guide you through various facial massages with the device. The problem is, every video is essentially the same and lacks any explanation of when/why you would choose warm or cool or when/why you'd choose a particular color of light. In the first video presented, the app tells you to insert a special sheet and put your mask (or whatever product you're using) onto that pad before applying to your face. But this doesn't come with any sheets and I searched around and couldn't even find where I could buy any. I found the charger to be finicky. While I like the ease of a magnetic charger in general, the folded memory of the charging cord makes the connector want to disconnect from the device. I think the magnet needs to be a bit stronger. Okay, with all my complaints out of the way, I will say that just winging it and using it for facial massage -- experimenting with different vibration strengths, different light colors, different temperatures -- it does feel great on your skin. I find that the cool setting with a low to medium vibration and blue light really energizes my face. The shape looks odd, but actually works great for getting around all the parts of your face, around your nose, under your eyes, etc. Overall, I like it, but it definitely needs better guidance on how to use it. Wow, I love this and was surprised by the weight and just how quickly the heat and cool setting turn on. I love using this with my calming masks and they even have cosmetics that go with this device. The cooling setting feels so good for irritated or dry skin and I’ve already tried the heat setting for a detox. Oh! There is also pulsation, so the vibration really stimulates the skin. 10 stars!!! This could very well be the most amazing product in the world, but it didn't come with instructions that really explained how to properly use it. This means that I am almost certainly not using as intended. However, I am still giving it 3 stars, because I do use it and I like it. I like the ability to use heat and cold in targeted areas. I actually had an irritated, swollen lower eyelid and was trying to use different compresses, having a really hard time. It finally occurred to me that even though this isn't an ice pack, it could fulfill that purpose, and it worked very nicely. I hope I never have to use it for that again, but if I do, I am grateful for this bonus application of the product. Read more

I was so excited to receive this but when it got here I wasn’t exactly too sure what I should be doing with it. I found some tips and tricks to using it online but a small instruction manual would be incredibly helpful. There are a lot of features that seem over the top and unnecessary but the heat and cold therapy is perfectly enough for me. Read more
