Too late for a return. I bought two pairs, one for myself and another as a gift. To return, I had to pay for postage for poorly made shoes. The top part with the embroidery was beautiful, and I got many compliments. After wearing the boots a 2nd time, I noticed the shoe is separating from the sole in the back where the heel was. This shows that the shoe was barely glued on and not sewn to the sole. Also, the rubber bottoms were easily scratched or chipped when walking outside on the pavement. Poorly constructed and not worth the amount I paid. These are the ones if you just need a pair of boots for pictures or photo ops. These shoes were purchased to wear to a ‘rodeo’ themed birthday party. While not being ‘cowboy’ boots, they fit a very specific aesthetic I have and I couldn’t resist buying them. They are quite comfortable and of great quality. I did dance a bit in them and my feet didn’t hurt after doing so. The embroidery has a shine to it, which is what I was hoping for. Sometimes things look like they’re shiny online but are actually more matte when you receive them in-person. That was not the case. It was such lovely embroidery, too, done with precision and care. You get what you pay for, so don't expect a luxury shoe. However, the embroidery is charming and the boots look fantastic. However, if you have even a tiny semblance of wide feet, steer clear; these boots are very narrow, and the only extra space you'll get is in the toe area. I'd buy a million wide versions of these boots, however. Additionally, one of the notches that the laces go through was half-falling off before I'd even gotten it out of the package, sadly, so they aren't durably constructed, at least in my pair's case. Pros: very cute, more comfortable than expected considering, represented accurately in pictures. Cons: run VERY SMALL; I am normally a size 10. With these boots, even the 11 is too small but workable with super thin socks/tights only. Sadly that was the largest they came when i ordered. Definitely not good enough for dancing/long days on your feet/walking any sort of distance beyond home to car to office and back. Also, not made well. The ankle of one boot and the toe of the other is warped in the fabric....kinda like they miss cut the fabric and things didn't line up well. Like it's pinched. So I plan on enjoying them till my preferred boots are repaired and then saving them for only specific and rare situations. If you want a cute, unique boot that isn't meant for more than short distance walking. They're a good option. Just be sure to size up 1-2 sizes. Read more
