I just received this watch today. My wife recently discovered some of the watch offerings on Amazon and we were pretty surprised. She found watches that cost $50 which appeared (in the pictures) to be competitive with watches costing 100x more. She ordered a few for herself and then she ordered an OLEVS watch for me. Some of the watches she got were actually pretty nice. The OLEVS skeleton watch she bought me just to try out looked pretty good from 10 feet away, but looks cheap on the wrist and I wouldn't wear it. However I still kept looking just for the heck of it. Audemars watches are gorgeous-- I own none. I own other expensive watches yes but I just dont like the cheaper audemars, I like the ones that cost $350K, but I just can't do that even if I could afford it. This one is different. This is NOT an OLEVS. From 2 feet away on the wrist next to a 50K Hublot skeleton, this does not really appear inferior in build quality and certainly design. The main apparent difference that is visible is the antireflective coating on the crystal is not as good. You would need to examine these watches with a magnifying glass to note a difference in the machining/craftsmanship. I am not saying the build quality is the same, it's certainly not. I'm sure this one won't last forever or be an heirloom. I believe that the waterproofing may not be the best as other reviews say. I absolutely believe that the black versions chip paint after a while-- I wouldn't ever buy a coated black watch even in an expensive brand it's just a bad idea unless it's ceramic. This is why I got the raw stainless. Stainless is stainless and its solid with nothing to chip. Will the watch keep good time? I don't know, but I don't wear the same watch every day so all of them have to be readjusted it seems when I put them on. This doesn't bother me, in fact I enjoy it. Watches like this are pieces of art in my opinion that are enjoyable to wear. Make no mistake, this one IS art, and yes certainly most of the design is "borrowed" from audemars, but whatever your feelings on that, this one is still impressive art at essentially almost 1/1000th the price. If it lasts a year and breaks, I'll buy another and I would still consider it a high value for the money. I have a collection of expensive watches; Hublot, Breitling, AP, etc. But recently have gotten into these much lower prices “fashion watches” because they are unique in their own way and I don’t have to worry about losing them, getting them stolen or something else happening to them when I wear them out. There have been hits and misses but I consider this one a hit except for me it’s a little on the small size at 46 mm, i have big arms and prefer a min. 48mm watch. That said, i gave this to my son because it is waaay too nice to send back, he loves it. I like it’s , weight & mass, glass on both sides, skeleton design is crisp and clean and has that Royal Oak octagon style. . It doesn’t feel cheap and it looks 50x more expensive than what I paid. I would strongly recommend this watch to anyone who is fine with a 46mm case (which is most men). Read more

I’ve had Hublot’s, AP’s and Rolex’s each well over $10k and this watch looks and feels surprisingly similar! Can’t beat that for the price of this watch. The internal movement of this watch keeps the time very precisely. Read more

Given a watches primary function is to tell time, this fails miserably. Looses 3 minutes per week which just sucks. Looks nice but has a super cheap crystal that scratches and breaks easily. Definitely not worth the price Read more

This watch feels sturdy and durable. The rubber bands don’t give orders under excessive sweat. The only lack is the lag on telling time. I own self winding watches and know the proper movements a watch needs. However, nothing seems to help its lag. Read more
