Great grip, perfect for every workout! I’ve been using this chalk for my strength and pull-up training, and it makes a huge difference! The grip is strong and consistent, and I don’t have to reapply it all the time. It doesn’t leave a big cloud of dust like cheaper chalks, and my hands stay dry even during long sessions.
