These are exactly what I want in leg warmers. They are stretchy and warm and can be worn up past the knee or below the knee. I like the rumpled look so I tend to wear them just below the knee. If I pull them up as high as they possibly go on my thighs though, I can tell their max width is 20 inches around. I don't think they'd do well beyond that. I've used two pair so far and they're fairly comfortable until they're not. Best recommendation is to avoid sitting or lying down for any protracted amount of time. The elastic holds very well, but cuts into the flesh demanding adjustment. Length, warmth, coverage, and look are all very good. I have yet to launder them to see how the feel will change. These. Are. My. LIFE. I get very very overheated super fast. So I wear these pretty much every day so I can move them down if I start to get warm. They can match basically every outfit.
