Perfect egg maracas for small children
These are exactly as you would imagine them to be as small egg maracas. They are plastic and large enough that a child can't fit them in their mouth. My 2 year old son can hold them easily in his hands, but a smaller child could as well. The colors are very bright and they make that nice maraca sound when you shake them. A nice buy and fun for small kids to make music along with their favorite nursery songs. Read more

My 2 year old grandson discovered these at a story group at the library. He loves music. Having his own at home, he can "shake shake" to the music! They are brightly colored and very sturdy. The first thing he tried to do was open the egg, but it's securely in one piece so this couldn't happpen. Read more

Fun for toddlers but use caution.
These worked as advertised and I felt safe handing them to my 1 yr old to play with. However I'm not sure what happened but one of them got smashed (maybe the dog was having the zoomies) and hundreds of tiny metal beads were all over my hardwood floor. This would not occur with regular use, just be cautious. Read more
