Good torch
I needed a small torch for a specific project I was doing, saw this one and couldn’t resist. As a torch it works as expected. The flame is red, but impossible to see the color during the day in a well lit room. In the dark it looks great. Minus one star over the color. As a novelty that I’ll only use occasionally it’s a great purchase, and everyone who saw it appreciated the design. Like any butane item I have tried to fill this one spits the fuel out when filling. It’s probably something I’m doing as I always have this issue. Lights on the first try every time. Would buy again if lost or damaged. Read more

Works Great!
This was just a stocking stuffer/novelty gift but it has come in handy. We heat mostly with wood and are constantly lighting fires in the woodstoves and often burn organic trash outside. This has been a blessing to start fires quickly and easily with a flame that is not easily blown out by the slightest breeze. We did have to buy butane for it but it was easy to fill. Read more
not sure why I needed this - impressive but impractical
The media could not be loaded. This thing is impressive. It shoots out a 4-5 inch jet of flame that starts blue and then melts into a brilliant magenta that reminds one of Darth Vader's lightsaber. It is well made entirely of metal and has quite a heft of weight to it. That being said, I'm not sure what the practical use of this thing is, as a 5" jet of 2000-degree plasma is complete overkill for anything in a household setting. The flame seems to go out if you point it down, making it impractical for light burners or candles. There is no way to know how much fuel is left in it. As soon as I got it I charged it with butane - and it took about 1 second to fill - I assume it was full, but there is no way to know for sure. I've ran the flame about a dozen times for about 60 seconds total, and it still seems to have fuel left. Read more
