Fun treat ball for dogs. For the more intellectual breeds who need extra stimulation. I took a long soft treat and broke it up into small pieces to fit in the ball. I kept the pieces beginner to standard size (0.2-0.5 inches). Also tried it with the peanut butter in the grooves. Had to do that outside as I didn't want a mess inside and the dog enjoyed that too. The ball does not open, you have to shove the treats in the little hole. So I can't tell if my dog got all the pieces out since if I shake it, the ball makes the giggle sound. Also the hole is too small to shine a light in to see if there are any treats stuck inside. It's hard to clean up from the peanut butter if I have treats left inside as then they would get soggy. Dog likes it though and it keeps her entertained. Read more

Treat hole too small

The treat hole is too small to dispense any kind of normal sizes treats. The ball is made of hard plastic and the giggling function almost never triggers. I was not able to get either of my dogs express to be at all interested in it. I have other dispensing toys that the dogs like much better. Read more

It’s a durable fun activity ball for dogs, but you can’t open it to clean the inside, so I don’t put food inside. But there are still the indentations to put peanut butter on. Oh, and I don’t recommend using in the crate. I wasn’t thinking, the dog loved playing with it in the crate and the crate sounded like a Tasmanian devil was fighting with a mongoose to see who could get out first. Read more
