Gillette 7 O Clock PII Twin Blade Shaving Safer

I have been using the Gillette Trac II handle and razor blades since I could shave in the mid 80tys. I previously had an excellent Trac II handle - that was made of wood which lasted about 16 years, and then I had to replace it. Unfortunately, these plastic handle units tend to break over time, and if you price the Gillette Trac II handles, they are super expensive. I came across this unit and gave it a try because the price was right. It's perfect. This handle fits my regular Trac II blades without issue, and it came with its own blade, which was not bad either. If you are used to using Trac II blades and need a new handle, this one is worth a try. I am happy with this purchase. Read more

After many, many years my original Trac II got enough rust to be embarrassing. The one on the left in picture. This new one (on right in picture) seems identical. Package says made in India on license from Gillette. Tested fine with Trac II blades I have. The head on my original and the new one does NOT swivel. Happy with this simple purchase. Read more

Been using these type of Gillette Twin Blade safety handles for years. The handles made back in the 80’s were made of a better quality material, plus they had a superior balanced weighted handle. Plan on shaving twice to acquire a close shave due to the flimsy plastic construction of this one. It provides only a slightly better experience than the twin blade disposables made by Bic which are much more efficient ( and sharper ) than they originally were. Read more
