Brand new out of the package and it was super dusty and looked dirty. The blade looked unused at least. But I'm questioning the handle. But the person it is for likes it and says it's fine, just dusty. So we aren't returning it. Looks like a quality razor and he loves that it's a Niner razor, so he's happy. Read more
