Mach3 Turbos are much better than plain vanilla Mach3s. They are built better and the blades are sharper. Gillette seems to market the cheaper made Mach3s after discontinuing the Turbos. I have used both and turbos are far and away a better blade and worth the extra money. You just have to find them. Apparently Amazon has somehow found a source or works with Gillette to produce them for Amazon. In any case Amazon is the place to buy them. Read more

Work well. I've been using a Mach 3 since I was a teen and I'm old now. These blades do seem to help with "razor rash" which is why I wanted them. I need the 3 blade and not the new 5 blades. I do not like the 5 blade rotating head for a close shave line near my beard. These turbo blades seem to be worth the little extra money they cost. 4 stars from me as they are good or even great, but I reserve 5 stars as a "best thing since sliced bread," kind of product.
