Before I retired, I only the ProGlide Shield Blades. I shaved every work day. I have a tough beard. These blades would cut through my beard with ease and they are so wonderfully Smooth & comfortable. Very good razor. I get a nice smooth shave. Stays sharp longer than normal blades. I do have one problem with it, If you leave it face down on the sink, the rubber edge can actually adhere to the counter and pull off of razor. Read more

For over 60 years I used electric razors and occasionally bought standard blade razor to clean up some spots the electric razor missed. This time my wife bought a package of Proglide razors.
