A great knife!
The varying finishes are an awesome detail. It’s light, can take a very fine edge, and that hammer pattern helps with food release. The profile is great for chopping, rocking or even push cutting since it’s a santoku but is also very similar to a gyuto. Highly recommend as a budget, low maintenance, starter Japanese knife.
