Nice looking shirt in a hard to find size. Love that the sleeves are long enough and the neck is narrow enough for my tall, thin teen. Purchased to wear for a holiday dress event. The color is perfect. Our last men's dress shirt purchase was years (and many pounds) ago, but the fit is amazing. We specifically ordered a slim fit to eradicate bunching at the waist and were VERY pleased. Item did not wrinkle easily and is lightweight enough to not overheat under a suit jacket. 5’8 150 lbs, and the medium size fit the way I like, not too tight, not too loose. The stitching all looks good, and color has held up in the wash. Might order an extra so that when the first eventually is worn out I have another! The shirt I got in the mail is as well made as any expensive LL bean shirt I’ve bought, and those LL Bean shirts I’ve bought are twice the cost as this Gioberti. Good value IMHO Read more
Overall it’s a very nice shirt. I’m the type of person to go to the reviews first to see if the product is worth buying & all I can say about this shirt is that you can see where all the strings end, which isn’t too bad. Also the shirt is very thin but that’s not too bad either. It’s very nice & my fiancé & his guys will be wearing it for the wedding. Ivory is ivory & it fit good. You get a good shirt for the price you’re paying. I would recommend this product. Read more
My husband is pickier with the way his clothes fit than the average guy, but he has been losing weight and, since he is still making progress, he doesn't want to bother replacing an entire wardrobe of dress shirts until he shrinks a bit. Because of this, he is in a funny situation with buying two good proper shirts and me doing laundry every single day. No thank you. So I invested in a couple of these as back up. Certainly not fancy, but they get the job done. For an inexpensive dress shirt, I can't say I'm disappointed. Fabric is akin to polyester-blend sheets. You will have to run an iron over them if they are not immediately hung up out of the dryer, but they did fine on cold water and low heat dry. My only major issue was with the arms. Because I was unsure how these would compare to his nicer shirts, I opted for one in 1x and one in 2x to see what fit before buying a couple more. He can now wear 1x in other shirts, but requires a 2x in these shirts, due solely to the thin arms. The body and shoulder width of the 1x is comparable to his other shirts, but the arms are an inch or so smaller in circumference, making him look as if he is going to flex and hulk out of his shirt at any moment. The 2x isn't awful, but does look a bit billowy compared to the properly-fitting arms. Maybe this is less of a problem for men with thinner arms, but any muscle at all may make you want to go a size up. Read more
