This bag is so pretty! My daughter gets compliments on it every time we're out. Yes, it is small, it is a young child purse-size bag, definitely not a school bag. The colors and sparkles are a lot prettier than the picture shows, even though the texture of the glitter is a little rough. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the zipper on mine is sturdy and smooth. The quality feels a lot more expensive than we paid. Bought it for daughter's 8th birthday, she's now 10 and it is still in very good condition even with frequent use. Very happy with this. Read more

This was the perfect size for my neighbors 9 year old niece. She saw me with a backpack purse and she wanted one. She told me her favorite color was pink. I was looking for something that was age appropriate for a 9 year old and this was perfect! Read more

This backpack is super cute but when I recurved it in the mail it was a lot smaller than I thought and the quality is very low. The zipper is hard to open! Wish I would have just bought a back pack for my niece in store to test the quality. Read more

I bought this for my 8yo. This is a very cute bag, but that's about it. The only positive is the aesthetics. The material is very course. The zipper is incredibly difficult to zip. It requires a lot of strength and multiple tugs to open/close, which I assume would eventually cause damage to the bag. It's definitely too difficult for a child to operate. Also, the straps are not very adjustable to a desired length for a small child. I'm returning it and purchasing a different brand. Read more
