Came in a sealed bag. Material has cotton feel with a little softness to it. Material has a nice light stretch to it. My daughter is a size 7, 49 in, 57 lbs athletic built and it’s hard to find size 7 underwear. These underwear fit her but are a little loose around her waist. They fit nicely on her legs and backside as to not look saggy. She likes the feel but they do fit about 2 inches down so she says they feel more like shorts than underwear. Overall, good. Read more
