Sooooo yummy! Giusti Italian Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP - 3 Gold Medals is hands down the best balsamic vinegar I have ever tried (but keep in mind I've never been to Italy lol). Well worth the money and a healthy indulgence too! Will purchase again for sure!!! Read more
This with a nice, hard cheese is one of my most flavorful treats. It is a bit expensive but know - a little bit goes a long way. It's like normal balsamic vinegar on steroids - sweeter,.tarter, more complex on steroids. The main reason I write this review is for folks that have already tried it. They make a slightly more expensive version with gold label. After trying both I think this version is better...in my opinion. Read more
Giuseppe Giusti's Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Giuseppe Giusti Moderna is an exceptional Italian balsamic vinegar that stands out in its own right, even among the thicker and sweeter varieties. This balsamic wine offers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that is both complex and harmonious. What sets it apart is its depth of flavor and the meticulous aging process, which imparts a richness and complexity that is truly remarkable. While it may not be as thick as some sweeter balsamic glazes, it makes up for it with its unparalleled depth of flavor. Compared to thicker and sweeter balsamic varieties, Giuseppe Giusti's offering offers a unique taste profile. It's ideal for those who appreciate a more nuanced, sophisticated balsamic experience. i have used it drizzled over salads, roasted vegetables, and bruschetta as it adds a layer of flavor that I haven’t been able to find with other balsamic glazes. In summary, Giuseppe Giusti's Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Giuseppe Giusti Moderna is a testament to the artistry of Italian balsamic craftsmanship. While it may not be the thickest or sweetest, its complexity and depth make it a must-try for anyone seeking a premium balsamic vinegar experience. Read more
This is not normal balsamic vinegar, it is more correctly described as nectar or the gods. Absolutely wonderful! Thick, and sweet. We drizzle it on steaks, sandwiches, and salads. Read more
More $ than I would normally or would have liked to pay! But I have to say it has a nice complex flavor. It is a little sweeter than I like because I really like vinegar. It has a nice consistency for drizzling. Not sorry I bought it. Give it a try. Read more
Very best Balsamic Vinegar there is. Not inexpensive, but worth it. Read more
This balsamic vinegar is the most expensive I have ever purchased……but worth it to me. After years of buying lower quality balsamics and being unhappy with the taste, I decided to splurge (for me). Great flavor! Love it with a good olive oil on salads, breads, veggies, etc. Bottle is easy to pour…..vinegar doesn’t gush out. Read more
