This small 1500 watt heater is terrific! Connects to Alexa via wifi, so you can turn it on and off by voice. It also has a handy little remote. It is temperature controlled, so you can set it to go on and off at the desired temperature setting. It also has an eco function which ostensibly makes it operate more efficiently. It does okay for a 300 square-foot room, i.e., it can hold a mid-60 degree temperature in a fairly insulated room by itself in sub-freezing weather. My initial review; Out of the box it is a very sleek looking heater, came well packaged and in good condition. A quick read through the guide and plugged in to test, I noticed that if not mounted up off the floor there are a couple of spring loaded pads on bottom that will stop the louver from going all the way down, so it knows its too close to floor to send heat there. After mounting, this thing throws an excellent amount of heat and is whisper quiet, yes you do hear it but definitely quieter than most of similar wattage heaters I have had. I have not tried the link to App on my phone but the remote works well and is easy to use. I would recommend this thing and am actually considering getting 1 or 2 more of these for other areas including my workshop. I will update at some point in the future about durability but for now I am impressed. The item pic. shows a remote. I guess I didn't get one which didn't really matter much but lost a star over. This is a powerful little space heater and kept my small bedroom toasty all winter. It has two forced air heat settings and just a fan mode. It's very quiet. I bought one for my bathroom too and used them as needed. They're energy efficient I saved a lot on my electric bill using these all winter in Mo. The exterior stays cool to the touch and it has a safety shut off if knocked over so I would say it's safe around children. I am truly impressed with this small light weight heater. As a side note. We got this heater because my son’s room is always way colder than the rest of the house, especially when we close his door at bedtime. I’d say it’s easily 10° colder if not more. He’s also a toddler, so I wanted something off the floor and safer as well as energy efficient and this checks all the boxes! It was super easy to mount and even came with a level attached to the mounting template which was awesome! It’s super small and sleek on the wall. The app is super easy to navigate and it was really easy to hook it up to the WiFi. It started pumping out heat immediately and worked perfect for his room! I could tell within the first hour of it running, it was gonna be great. It did have a little bit of a smell at first, as anything new typically does, but it went away within a few hours of it running. I do think the temperature gauge is a little bit off as well. I have it set to 78° and it feels about like the rest of my house which is usually 72-74° so far so good! I’ll most likely buy another for my upstairs! Super impressed and highly recommend! Puts out some heat. It spends more time off then on. I bought to keep the chill out of a room on the back of my house. After about 2 hours I have to turn the unit off because it really heats up a space. Super quite, you dont even know it on. And the price for everything this powerful machine does is crazy. I've got a bedroom in my house that doesn't get heat and needed a way to make it tolerable. I've tried several space heaters over the years, most of which have left me disappointed. I honestly wasn't expecting much out of this one either, especially considering how small it is. Wow, was I wrong. This little thing puts out a ton of heat! It was during a major arctic blast that produced blowing winds, heavy snow, and temperatures dipping into the single digits, that I decided to try this heater. Within an hour the room went from so cold there was frost on the inside of the windows, to being TOO HOT. I'd stripped off the blankets, was sweating, and even needed to crack the window a bit. I was more than impressed! The remote makes it easy to adjust settings, or just turn the unit on and off without needing to move from your cozy spot. The cord is a decent length. It sits sturdy, and is really easy to use. I still can't get over how much heat this tiny unit produces. For the cost, size, and heat output, this is a fantastic heater! If you're looking for a heater to sick under your desk in a cold office, or need to heat your entire office, this is the heater for you. Read more
