When it comes to couches, I scrutinize every detail for a piece of furniture that will be on full display in my living space. I look for comfort, quality, aesthetics and will it uphold to my children. Let’s start off with last night I had to laugh that I had four of children sitting on this couch and I had to add their total weight as two were over the age of 18 and one a teenager and the other seven years old. All sitting on this couch watching tv. Total weight sitting on it over 600 pounds. If I didn’t see my husband assembly it, I might yelled get off. However I assisted my husband in assembling it and the base the frame were sturdy. You have metal and solid wood just like in any other sofa that you buy at any name brand furniture store. The couch took one hour to assemble in total and two people. What we did was before assembly to help is take out the sofa cushions out of the sealed bags and let them sit piled overnight. This way when you go to assemble it you have a much more efficient look on how this sofa comes together. I am honestly impressed and suprised how this surpassed my vibe check. I can’t believe the value you get out of this sofa. I’m not just saying that because it isn’t something I went to a a physical store and picked out. This sofa is so worth the value. The cushions are genuinely so comfortable. Specifically the one you sit on. The back side isn’t doubled cushions however it’s supportive and when you actually sit on it, you are comfortable with the height. It’s easy to sit in it and get up from sitting on it. My 75 year old mother had to try it out and she couldn’t believe the value for the look, the height and comfort as well. The blue is rich in color. The corduroy fabric is lush, velvet like and soft super soft to the touch. The couch when it’s together is light weight. It does move if it has no wall to rest back on. We centered it facing our fireplace where we have a tv hanging over it. It makes cleaning easier. It’s just something to keep in mind that you will constantly move it back in place if you have kids. I’m impressed with size. This is listed as two seater but this isn’t your normal size love seat. Full length it seems more like a three seater even thought the style and pillow presentation appears to be a two seater. It would be a very roomy and comfortable two seater. With a big family like mine it has accommodated everyone. The couch is beautiful. Anyone looking to buy new and budget friendly needs this couch. You will not regret this purchase. The instructions were easy to follow, everything was labeled so well. One of the best easy to follow and understand assembly. I’m truly convinced that this has to be a glitch and really lucked out on the amazing quality. I love the look, the color, the value! You can’t beat the value! The comfort, the frame stability.
