Typically I carry bags about 9 inches across, so I thought a step down to the quoted almost 8” wouldn’t be too terrible… but I measured mine and it’s barely 7” across and 5” high. Not a deal breaker, just saying mine is smaller than advertised. The wallet will fit, but I’ll have to edit my makeup bag down. For a faux croc bag, the quality is there. It’s structured and can stand on its own, but has no feet on the bottom. The stitching is even and in the exact color of the bag. It’s tasteful and understated. Functionally it’s good for a small purse. There’s no outer pockets but inside there’s the main part with one zippered back compartment and another open one behind the front. The magnetic snap could be stronger but does work. I like the adjustable shoulder/crossbody strap option. If you’re planning on using this to drape over your arm without the long strap, you may be disappointed (as I was) that while you can get your hand through there, it won’t go too far up your forearm. I carry many top handle bags at my elbow and can’t with this one. Just a wish, not a complaint: it’s a shame the top handle is sewn in, because if you could remove it, this would also make a great clutch. If you’re looking at the blue, know that it’s pretty, kind of a washed out navy. My photo (with shoes) as well as those of other reviewers AND the one from the seller don’t show it well. Customer photos show kind of a slate blue, while the manufacturer photo looks like a dark blue maybe just shy of navy. None are accurate, even mine which came out gray. Reality is between them. I bought the bag to go with true navy loafers and it’s ok but not the match I’d hoped for. I don’t think I’d gift this to anyone but a young lady, cute though it is. It’s clearly not a high end purse so not of gift value. Girls don’t haul a lot of stuff around so the size is unlikely to bother them, but I wouldn’t presume to give a small purse to an adult who may find the size unworkable, or who may not like PU leather. Still, I got mine on sale and will get my money’s worth from this discreet little bag, and I’m good with that. Read more
