Needed these for my dual monitor setup with HP Monitors. Shipping was MUCH faster than expected and installation of these onto the monitors was eazy peazy - just read directions! Support/stability of the monitors are no longer an issue. These adapters are built to do the job. If the opportunity arose again, I would definitely buy these for new monitors. Great Product! I am not sure if what I received is a defect, but this does not safely support the monitor. Once in place the monitor will pop back out easily as you try to move the monitor mount arm. The plastic sleeve that hooks into the monitor and screws into the plate has an side that to me seems should instead be for the monitor tab to snap into. Save your money if you want to keep your monitor safe. Read more
