Does not securely hold monitor

I am not sure if what I received is a defect, but this does not safely support the monitor. Once in place the monitor will pop back out easily as you try to move the monitor mount arm. The plastic sleeve that hooks into the monitor and screws into the plate has an side that to me seems should instead be for the monitor tab to snap into. Save your money if you want to keep your monitor safe. Read more
