We use these for our patio chair coverings. The pads on our metal frame chairs are white, not really a good color for outdoors - but, so be it! Six chairs, thick seat and back pads that Velcro onto the frames. These Glamburg Towels are just what we needed to keep the chair pads clean. They're made in India, are 60% cotton, 40% polyester and long and wide enough to cover the pads, with plenty to tuck in around the chairs - the perfect size to place over the pads, and slip the ends behind the top back pad. and the bottom front pad, plus each has some rope fringe on the top and bottom. The best part, they're washable (may shrink a tiny bit), lightweight, comfortable, protect the original pads, and look great. Price is agreeable for getting some different colors for variety. Not just for the beach or pool! Read more

Amazing towel - light weight, super absorbent, easy to pack for vacation, great for the beach, and quite large! It did not shrink or fade when washed. I’d buy it again! Read more

It's not great at absorbing. Its a pat yourself dry towel. And even then it leaves some dampness. However I have heard that that's not a bad thing for your skin to somewhat air dry. It's a good time to apply lotion while damp but not wet. So when I'm not in a hurry I use one. And it dries fast. I love how compact they are. They aren't silky soft but they aren't rough. It's a nice texture. And they are SO big. I can wrap it around myself and use the leftover to pick up my infant and wrap the rest around her. They take up so little space. I love them. Read more

We bought these to put in our RV because our thicker towels from home took up too much storage space. We haven’t put them in the sand yet but they are great for toweling off after a shower. I wasn’t so sure at first because they’re much thinner than a regular towel. They’re actually not really soft - but not uncomfortably so - kinda like thin dish towel material, however, that doesn’t bother me because they are so long that I can just tie it around me comfortably and wear it around inside the RV if I don’t have to go anywhere right away. (I’m 5’5” and wear 2X in women’s clothes. If you have a fuller body like me, you know where I’m coming from and how nice that feels!) They’re also very light which is so much better than a robe if you get warm easily. I don’t remember a smell when we first received them but we washed them before using. No smell other than our laundry bead scent. Definitely recommend for travel, the pool, or beach because they’re very absorbent without taking up a lot of room. I prefer my thicker towels at home. These Turkish towels are awesome! I’m stocking up on them for an end-of-summer pool party so guests will have a towel ready if they forget theirs. They come in so many great colors, are lightweight, and don’t take up much space. They can be used for days at the beach, lounging on the grass at the park, as a wrap on a chilly night or like me as pool towels. I love that they match my outdoor décor perfectly. The quality is excellent, and for the price, they’re a great value. Definitely a stylish and practical addition to my home! Read more

The size and pattern are great, but the absorbency is sorely lacking for an actual towel. Read more

Perfect light towels for our boat bag. They're pretty absorbent, and dry quickly. They seem to wash well, also. Read more

Such a great deal for these beautiful towels. Not only can be used as towels at the beach, but a pretty sarong or wrap as well. They dry quickly too. Read more
