I love these. Perfect for cotton swabs, hair ties, and bobby pins. Plus they're really pretty. Extremely sturdy as well. I've dropped the lids on these so many times because I have problems with my grip. Not even a scratch. I mean I'm sure if I dropped them off the roof they'd break, but counter to floor, no issues at all. Read more
I use this for my floss picks, it’s a lot nicer than having the bag sitting on the counter. The design makes it so you can’t really tell what’s inside the jar which I would say is a good thing. It’s a good buy, fits dental floss picks or Q-tip cotton swabs perfectly. Read more

I really like this jar. It is made with a thick glass that gives it a good weight so I don’t worry I might topple or destroy it with the slightest movement. I got the classic faceted version and it lives up to the expectations set by the photos; it looks great and has that “Grandma’s candy dish” look I was hoping to get. The lid fits really nicely onto the jar. Since it’s not intended for food use there’s no gasket to create a tight seal, but it doesn’t jiggle around easily either. When I got it out of the box it came in, there was a small sticker on it. I found it was very easy to take off and didn’t leave behind any residue. I was planning to use this on my nightstand to hold my earbuds and the adapter I use to connect the earbuds to my phone on the nights when I need some calming sounds to help me fall asleep. One of the description photos shows a picture of the jar with 5.3” on the left side, and arrows that appear to imply this is the total height of the jar with the lid on. On the right there is a pair of arrows going up to the lid that reads 4.9”. I took this at face value and assumed I’d be able to fit the adapter in the jar, but in retrospect it was silly of me to assume the lid was only a total of 0.4” tall. If I’d been in a more critical frame of mind I’d probably have realized that was impossible based on the proportions shown in the photo, and maybe given more thought to how tall q tips are. The jar itself is a bit over 3” tall, while the total height with the lid on appears to be correct. I figured I’d mention that for anyone who might be looking for a fun little decorative/functional object to use for other purposes, since even though I probably should have caught it the seller should ensure their information is accurate. I’m using it to store the earbuds alone for now, which is still a benefit since having the cord out on my nightstand has been really annoying and I’ve found it more often than not would just fall to the floor. If I find a better way to keep both the earbuds and the adapter together on my nightstand I’m sure I’ll be happy to find another way to use this around my home. Read more
