These work great. I notice a big difference in my ability to fall asleep easier. I wear these in the evening before bed if I am using a screen like my laptop or phone. Or even reading my kindle. If I take them off for any reason the brightness of the blue light actually hits my eyes like a shock wave and makes me feel immediately alert. Worth every penny.
