I received these the day after I ordered them and I am in love. They have many uses. I use them for reading, sewing, tatting, blackwork embroidery, needlepoint, crocheting, knitting, thread painting, and model making and I am sure that I will be able to find even more uses. They are lightweight and comfortable around the neck. With the 3 levels of brightness and colors of lights, I can use them to read in bed without bothering my husband. I also like the flexibility of the "arms" because I can adjust them to angle the lights to where I need them to shine. Great quality and portable, I can easily take them with me. This light feels comfortable around my neck and the light/s are bright enough so I can easily do hand work or read. My living-room isn’t conducive to having a lamp by every chair so this will make it easy for me to do projects or read. Also, my husband can easily watch tv without an additional light bothering him. Four stars only because it's ginormous on me. I'm a smaller adult and this reading light is far too big for my neck. If you're also smaller or shopping for a kid/teen, you may want to look for a smaller brand. Otherwise, this is a great little lamp. I love that you can angle the lights, turn one on and one off, and even change the type of light (warm vs cool). It's much easier to use than the traditional clip-on book lights, and you keep both hands free so your arm doesn't tire out while holding a larger book. Read more
