I love the way these look and how comfortable they are on me. One of the biggest selling points is that they’re a high waisted stretchy pull-on style. It gives you a smoother look over your stomach area! The waist band is really wide which is great! The legs are kind of snug so if you have bigger thighs it may be a problem. They do loosen up as the day goes on. I’m 5’6 (190 lbs) with average length legs and the bottom of the shorts comes to about 2” above my knees. They may shrink so I’ll wash these in cold water and hang until I know for sure. I got a size 16 first which was borderline too big. I reordered in a 14 as I’m on a successful (🤞🤞) downward weight loss campaign. I used to only wear Nine West “Heidi” style shorts sold at Sam’s for several years. They stopped making them and these GV shorts are the closest thing I’ve found to replace them. I love all the color choices and the fact that you can “try them before you buy them”! These are pull-on zipperless shorts. The waistband is several inches wide, which makes it comfortable and offers tummy control. The shorts are a great length and flattering. I was heavier when I bought them and they still looked great. I thought they are a good value for the money and were well made to last a long time. They are medium-weight denim. Not too heavy, and lightweight enough for hot summer months. I was heavier when I wore them yet they were still flattering. They didn't get 5 stars because the front pockets aren't deep so white part of the pocket tends to ride out of the pouch a bit. Read more
I was specifically looking for a pull on/elastic waist denim capri for my summer work wardrobe. I tried several brands, but this is the clear winner. It is real denim with some stretch to it (but not too much), so I'm comfortable wearing it with shirts that aren't tunics (aka, don't cover my behind) because it fits my butt like a pair of jeans, not leggings. The elastic waist is much more comfortable than a traditional zipper/button, and so far hasn't rolled down too many times (my perimenopausal belly makes EVERYTHING roll down sometimes unless it's maternity pants, lol). It fits in the leg like a regular straight cut jean rather than a skinny jean, so there's plenty of room without being baggy. I did have to take it in just a bit at the waist, but I have to do that with practically every pair of pants I buy, so to me that's not a negative. Honestly, I'm not surprised I love these because the Amanda Jean is also just as comfy. I've been wearing these capris and they’re quickly becoming a wardrobe favorite. The fit is flattering with a nice high rise that feels comfortable without being too tight. The length hits just right on my calves; I'm 5'7 for reference. They are true to size. Read more

These capris are perfect in every way, except they’re too long. I am 4’11” and they come right above my ankles. You may want to check length before you buy, to make sure they’re right for you. Other than that they are very comfortable, the fabric is thick enough but not too thick, and have two pockets in front and back each. They’re easy to wear, use, and wash! All in all the great capris.
