These glosses are somewhat basic I’d say but in all honestly there’s nothing really bad about a basic lipgloss. These days there are a lot of high quality glosses and lip masks with great ingredients available. That’s not how I’d describe these at all but sometimes you just want shiny lips and not spend a small fortune for it. The box set comes completely shrink wrapped which is great. I’ve been really surprised by the number of lip products I’ve ordered that include no safety seal. These come well protected which is a must for lips products in my opinion. Most of these balm are clear gloss with the exception of the red and the taupe…..which are berry and coffee flavored. The rest which are mint, vanilla and sugar are clear glosses. They are a little sloppy in my opinion. The tube applicators get a little gooey and sticky, solved by wiping them off after use. The gloss tends to come out quick though so don’t squeeze hard. They feel a bit thick and a bit sticky but that was a problem because I was over applying it. Use a thin coat and it’s a more comfortable gloss. These aren’t going to transform lips with any special ingredients but the tubes are large so these will last a long time, there are a bunch of fun flavors and the box comes well sealed. Note, I took my photo of the set after I’d already removed the plastic wrap and started using these. I think the price is a tad high for the quality maybe. Personally I think I’d rather buy one tube of a better gloss than have 5 tubes that are just ok. But at this price you can lose one and shrug it off and grab another out of the box. I absolutely love lipsticks and couldn't pass up this lip gloss butter bomb set that has five different colors and flavor flavors. It doesn't have a lot of pigment, but it sure does leave your lips very hydrated and super shiny. I like the sticky lip glosses so this is perfect for me. The ingredient list is pretty nice, including coconut, olive fruit, oil, Shea, butter, jojoba seed, oil, and vitamin E. The sense are fantastic. They have vanilla, mint, iced coffee, berry, and pink sugar. I grabbed the iced coffee first because that was the first smell that I noticed when I started opening the box. The tubes are .63 ounces a little bit goes a long way and this would make a great gift to put in stockings or a little gift bags for people. I'm going to snag this whole box for myself though. The bomb is very gooey and sticky, so be careful not to over do it on the product like I did. It gushes out if not careful. Very pleased with this butter balm set. Read more

I picked up this glossy lip balm and lip gloss set mostly because I liked the variety of flavors, and it turned out to be a nice little find. All five balms feel smooth going on and give a light glossy finish without feeling sticky or heavy. The moisture lasts longer than I expected, especially for something that is more on the glossy side. The scents are fun too. Vanilla and coffee are my favorites because they are subtle and not too sweet, while berry and pink sugar are a bit stronger but still enjoyable. The mint one has a mild cooling feel that is really refreshing. They are small enough to toss in a purse or jacket pocket, so I always have one handy. If I had to nitpick, the tubes are on the smaller side, but for the price and variety, I still feel like it is a good deal. These would make great stocking stuffers or a cute little add on gift. I hate to say it, because I love lip products. And I love discovering ones online that maybe most people don't know are great. But this set wasn't stellar. It's also by far not the worst. So that's why it's at a 3 star for me. 3 of the 5 glosses are basically clear and the other two are tinted. Which is nice. Gives you a variety. Most of them didn't really have strong scent to them. Coffee did though. And I hate 99% of coffee scent items because it never smells like coffee. Berry also had a stronger scent and it just smelled like a little girl's scented gloss. That's the best way I could describe it. The real killer for me is that these seem to both be sticky and wet but also provided no additional hydration to my lips. It was like the gloss sat in a layer on top of my lips but there was a barrier. My lips looked shiny but it didn't help my lips at all. Read more

This lip balm set came in a variety of different colors and scents. Most of the scents were not overbearing. However, the coffee scent was very strong and did not smell of coffee. It smelled more of a dark chocolate in which I don’t like. Some of the lip balm had a slight tint to it, making it perfect for a quick fix in which you don’t want to wear a bold full lip. The glossy finish has a great shine to it, and don’t require much. It applies easily. It is not thick but after wearing for about 10 minutes it seems to get a sticky feeling making me feel as though my lips are not really being hydrated. I’ve found that applying a basic lip moisturizer under it helps with this. Overall, it is a great value for this set and I recommend it as a budget friendly cosmetic choice. Read more

These balms are silky smooth and super creamy. They have a soft, subtle tint to them (though the Berry tube is quite a bit darker than the others and much more noticeable), and give my lips a lovely shine. A little goes a long way with these, and the tubes are good size, so they will last me quite a while. The flavors are all very nice, but the iced coffee is easily my favorite. They really leave my lips feeling so, so soft. I love that the balm isn't super sticky. Read more
