As a result, I took all three pills at once. However, after approximately two days, I experienced severe stomach pains and vomiting whenever I attempted to eat. I have since adjusted my dosage to one pill every six hours, which has alleviated the issues. I am also fasting in the morning and consistently feeling full, allowing me to consume evening meals without discomfort or hunger. The vomiting has ceased, and if I feel hungry later in the afternoon, I opt for a protein-rich snack. Prior to this, I was using Wegovy injections, but due to insurance coverage changes, I had to explore alternative options to maintain my weight loss. Since being on Wegovy and now these GLP-1 pills, my weight has decreased from 311lbs to 246lbs, resulting in a total weight loss of 65 pounds.
