These were the lowest cost OEM shocks I could find to replace leaking pair. I wanted to keep my Escalade EXT Autoride/Autolevel system active. All the aftermarket shocks override the system and act independently and are about two thirds the cost. They have been on about a month and are working great. The rear end is about 3 inches higher than before, the truck sits much more level side to side, and the compressor run time is back to normal. Read more

Yeah, you can delete the Autoride and install standard shocks, but it is nice when it works as designed. Smooth ride and maintains proper ride height even when loaded. Between both the front and rear shocks, the handling difference is very apparent. You will have to decide if it is worth the extra money to keep it original, for me, it was. Just took a 1500-mile work road trip with the new shocks, the work partner riding/driving with me couldn't get over how nice the ride was. Read more

OEM Shocks. Fit and work perfectly. Not to hard to install. Just a little muscle need to remove bolts. Easier if you take the splash panel away which allows you a better reach to the bolts. Not necessary to remove wheels to change.. Read more
