I could not be happier with my new sofa purchase! Now I gotta admit when I saw the box I was a bit scared, lol, then my husband and I opened the box slowly, untapped the protective plastic it started to expand!! Missing parts, customer service unreachable, but love the sofa!?
While I love this sofa, it was missing parts - the two metal supports that are supposed to go into the back of the sofa were missing from the box. I have tried to call and email the company's customer service, but emails bounce back and calls will not go through. Amazon's customer service sent me another link to try, but that didn't work, either. I paid $140 to ship this sofa and it was vacuum sealed, so of course I'm not going to try to ship it back at my expense. I just want the supports that were supposed to come with it. So be warned: great sofa, but I have not had any luck with this company’s customer service. Read more
