This is a nice high quality dress. It makes it easy to quickly get dressed for work. The material feels nice to the touch. The dress is true to size (I ordered a large and am 5'9"). I ordered this dress in medium because I have a large chest. I am most often a small, but always check charts due to this. However, sizing up caused it to be too large in all other areas and it just hangs weird. It is obvious that I am wearing a dress that is too big, especially when the belt is on, it just gathers up way too much fabric. That being said, according to the chart, I would not be able to size down. That bust would be way too tight. Also, they claim 100% wool. Obviously, the lining is not. However, I suspect the outer dress is not 100% either. It just doesn't feel right. This is coming from a person who wears a lot of wool. I suppose I could try burning it for science, but I haven't made that choice...yet.... Anyhow, I went ahead and gave this 3 stars for what seems to be quality construction. This might be a good dress if you don't care about 100% wool and are also one of those people without much difference in bust-waist-hip ratio. Read more

Lovely quality for a well put together appearance. Arrived packaged well protected, buttons were protected and overall quite nice. I am so pleased with this dress. Casual yet dressy enough to wear for many occasions. The dress is well made, sewn beautifully. Quite comfortable for a day at the office or dinner out. You’ll notice little details that make this dress stand apart. The sleeves are puckered at seam. As well as the back leading to the skirting. The front is attractive with 2 front pockets with the 2 at top embellished for looks. Included on the inner seam, you’ll find a spare button along with the care tags. Fully lined and hangs lovely on the body. I have other pieces by Goelia and have found sizing up one for me is what works. Normally a Size Small, I chose Size Medium. For reference I am 5’ tall with 34DD, 27”W, 36”H at approximately 124lbs. The dress fits perfect for my measurements. Just please pay attention to sizing. I’m a huge fan of Goelia clothing and excited to have this piece in my wardrobe. Classic design that I can wear for many years to come. Read more
