I have found these earrings to be extremely comfortable to wear day and night 24/7. The back clasp is very secure as I can sleep, shower and wear them all day without any discomfort. They also come in a double set so if you do happen to lose one, you can replace it or save the second set when/if you want to change them out. They are not too thick nor are they too thin.
