My wife and I have been looking for a large mirror for our bedroom for several months now. Bought one from Home Goods, but didn't really like it when we got it home and returned it. Was hesitant to order one from Amazon as I was worried it would be delivered broken. However, we decided to give it a try after connecting with the seller and as was well. It's a nice "heavy" mirror. We choose to mount it on the wall since we did not want any risk of it falling on our grandchild in the event he were to touch it. Wall mounting was pretty easy (after taking a lot of measurements). Used 100lb picture wall hanging mounts just to be sure it wasn't going to come off. It isn't. So, yes a quality mirror and delivered in good condition. The mirror is beautiful! However, I know this mirror was not new. It came with remnants of writing like from a wedding. The initials R and S in the middle top and what looks like names on the left side. I think I can get the lettering off as it’s not etched into the glass, but still not an ideal purchase.
