My daughter loves her backpack. It's lasted her a few years already and is still in good shape. After two years of use, one of the mesh side pockets tore. Otherwise, the bag is still in great shape. She loves the color, the texture (it's nice and soft to the touch, not scratchy like some other book bags) and accessories. She doesn't really use the pencil case much because it's not that roomy, but she uses the lunchbox daily. There are loads of different pockets in the backpack which help her organize between notebooks/textbooks and markers/glue/other school supplies. It was a great purchase. Purchased for elementary age child. Just began using it so don’t know how durable or long it’ll last but so far we are pleased. The backpack is larger than what we had before which is nice and it also has 2 extra “pockets” sections than we had in our last backpack which is perfect for organizing smaller items, books and binders, lunch bag, etc. The side pockets are good size and fit a tall 24 oz water bottle inside snuggly (the last backpack had it set somewhat lower risking the water bottle to fall out easily). One of the features I especially love are the zippers - they are hearts and so cute but also easy to zip and adds a perfect extra touch. The lunch bag is great size, tall and wide and holds plenty of items including containers, drink, snacks, etc. i do pack an “aesthetic” and “special” lunch my child and friends say. Lol The pencil pouch is cute, not huge but decent enough for the basics. My child has a special pencil pouch already so this one is extra and I recommended she consider using it for keeping Kleenex, hand warmer packets, bandaids.. etc perhaps inside.
