UPDATE: good customer service. After writing my review that this broke after a couple uses, the manufacturer reached out to me to provide refund. In the end I purchased a circular head style which seems more durable and easier to use. Kudos to this vendor for their customer service. ‐-----------------‐---- Hard to use as the shaft turns when trying to flip over ball and lock in place. Also the lock in general doesn't work, you have to get ball in upright position and drag along ground or it falls out, they isvno spring loading or anything to hold the ball. Finally while the shaft is good quality but the ball cup is cheap plastic, and one fall from the shelf and it broke. Poor durability. Read more

Wasn't sure if the 9 ft was long enough so I got the12 footer and I'm glad I did! I have used it many times since I got it and it gets my ball back every time. Read more
