The Himal golf travel bag is a solid choice. Plenty of interior room for all of your clubs and then some. Equipt with the support rod for extra protection. I zip tied some of my clubs together for added stability. Nicely padded and doesn't feel cheap. I threw in a towel and a hoodie for extra filler and definitely more room In here if you need the space. Just watch the weight as some airlines will charge over 50 pounds. Couple side pockets come in handy for any extras you may have. Looks clean in black and fairly manageable with the wheels as it is a larger bag. Alright, this isn’t a fake review or a paid one. I am not getting anything out of this, actually this is the first review I’m writing. This bag worked great! I was looking for a bag to use for a flight and everyone’s recommendation is a 300 dollar hard shell case which is a hard no for me since I’m only going to use it once and I’m not planning to fly with my clubs again anytime soon. The reason I got this bag was because of the price and the adjustable rod it came with as it protects your clubs from any unwanted meetings with a wall. The bag itself doesn’t feel cheap. It fit my stand bag with all my clubs, driver and woods included and my golf shoes too. Another thing I liked was the wheels have a smooth feeling when you walk. After my flight was done I was nervous about the condition of the bag since I’ve seen pictures of others with torn bags and missing clubs but was pleasantly surprised to see it was in perfect condition. I also flew delta so maybe they’re just nicer with the bags but if you’re looking for a bag for a flight or two and don’t want to drop a ton of money, this is the bag for you. Read more
Saw this item as one of the many golf travel bags listed and I have to say I was impressed when I received it. The bag fit my stand bag easily, and the telescoping support rod is very well built. I was not overly concerned about the padding of the bag, but I was able to create my own padding with my two pair golf shoes. There are large pockets on the front and side of the bag that you can even add towels to create extra padding if you feel the need to. They are large enough to get creative with items you cannot “carry on” to a plane. The handles are very sturdy and adjust nicely. The wheels are smooth and it is very easy to maneuver around. I am very happy with this purchase and do recommend it. It is worth the price for sure. It’s also pretty easy to spot on the luggage carousel. Read more
I purchased this for a family trip to Florida and I didn't really expect much, but this bag is really impressive quality, especially for the price. The stick does a great job protecting my woods. It’s sturdy and easy to maneuver. The padding and structure is secure. And it’s spacious. I only wish there were pockets for tees and balls. Read more
This bag I needed in a pinch and it was available with overnight shipping. So I gave it a whirl and have been pretty satisfied with it. Lots of room, very durable fabric. My only issue has been where the identification tag goes, it tore off a little bit. It didn't tear the fabric or anything. I will just go ahead and remove it, so it doesn't catch on anything. After going to the local golf shop and seeing what bags they had in stock, they were all well over $100 and then you also had to buy the stiff arm for $20. This is half the price and works flawlessly for my fiancé. My fiancé has taken this bag on flights to Palm Springs and Hilton Head and his clubs were well protected. Great bargain if you don’t want to spend upwards of $100 on a bag. The size is also very nice as it is not as long as some of the other bags on the market, great for transporting in a car. To travel with this, my fiancé usually takes his head off his driver but you dont have to. He has standard length clubs and this fits them like a glove. Read more
Needed a travel after my trip to Bandon Dunes - I was seriously contemplating spending $300 on a travel bag from the competition based on google recommendations. Discovered this travel bag on Amazon and based on description and reviews decided to go with it. Having the travel bag support pole included was a great addition and something I would have had to buy separately on other bags that were more expensive. First trip to Northern CA - no problem - the bag fits a Ping Hoofer bag and all golfs plus spare wedges - plenty of room for shoes and it buckles up well. Straps and zips are quality - padding is more than adequate and it stands upright without falling over. The wheels are quality as well. In general this is a top notch travel bag - why spend more. Works exactly as described. Build quality is good and the support rod helps with checking at the airport. Super lightweight and easy to maneuver. My only complaint is that the bag isn't supportive when storing with my clubs in the house, even with the support rod, so I end up leaning against the wall. Other than that, the product is great.
