The item was exactly as described. I have two small Havanese dogs (17 and 19 lbs) and wasn’t sure which size to order, but these worked perfectly for both. The safety back plate is a great feature and made me feel much more confident trimming their nails without worrying about cutting too short or hurting them. I wasn’t sure what to expect purchasing these since they weren’t pricey. I was amazed at the quality of the clippers. This was my first time clipping my rabbits nails myself so I was very nervous. The clippers have a barrier you flip up to protect from cutting too far. It was very easy to use and now I feel like a pro. There’s a safety feature to keep the clippers closed when you’re not using them. I was able to cut the nails quickly and my rabbit barely noticed. I love this product second one i buy easy to use and great quality, great value for the money. You don't need a battery and it makes no noise and regarding speed is good. I like that it has a latch or stopper where you can put your dogs nails to prevent cutting beyond were you can make them bleed. My dogs are squeamish but with this nail cutter I'm able to cut their nails with ease and not scared of cutting their nails to far to male them bleed. Read more
I’ve always been afraid to cut my pets nails. But these have made me feel more at ease. The extra metal stopper makes me feel better that I’m not cutting too far in.
