Cute but Nonfunctional and Defective
These are so cute, but the fold over on one of the boots isn’t secure, so it rides down and gets caught under the heel. Basically you’re walking on the fold over part, which frays the material. I’ve worn them twice and both times it’s made it terrible to walk in any capacity and now one of the boots looks terrible because of this. These boots are defective. Read more

Factory defect- unwearable
I love these boots. Ordered them a while ago, finally took them out to wear them and the right boot won’t even go over my foot. It’s the craziest thing! They’re both a size 8 but it’s like there’s some kind of factory defect. I wish I could exchange them but the exchange window closed. I can’t wear them at all.
