Gorilla Original Glue is truly tried and true. I’ve used many adhesives over the years, but this one continues to outperform them all. It’s incredibly strong, long‑lasting, and dependable, easily the best glue I’ve worked with. One thing to note is that it does expand as it dries, which is actually a benefit once you know how to use it. A little goes a long way, and the swelling helps fill small gaps and create an even stronger bond. I’ve used it on wood, plastic, glass, and so many other materials, and every single repair has held up beautifully over time. The waterproof formula is another major plus. Whether I’m fixing something indoors or outdoors, the adhesion stays solid and doesn’t weaken. It’s one of those products you can rely on for both quick fixes and more serious repairs. If you need a glue that truly stands the test of time, this is the one to keep on hand. It’s strong, versatile, and consistently delivers excellent results. Read more

Tougher than anything I have used and Gorilla glue works EVERYTIME!! I have two tubes to mix together and everything I have used Gorilla glue on works! If there were any complaints I could say that it does expand while drying and it is yellow. I just scrape away the residue when its completly cured. But strong? OH YES. Always make sure to apply constant pressure until cured. I Gorilla glued my favorite coffee cup handle back on and that was 10 years ago at least. I had some loose bricks in the back yard, "no more". Later in years when I was removing the entire wall, the bricks stayed together where I had used Gorilla glue. The commercial showing the guy fixing the gate to his yard with Gorilla glue, "Believe it!" My fence support pole holes were sloppy so I put some Gorilla glue in the holes and reset the bolts. DONE!!! Its like permanent. I don't like the "CLEAR" Gorilla glue because it is weak. The original Gorila Glue....ALWAYS-ALWAYS-ALWAYS!!! Read more

If you’re unfamiliar with gorilla glue, it forms an incredibly strong bond. It comes out thick, and is easy to apply, and in an hour or so the glue expands until it’s hardened. So you want to make sure that you’re clamping whatever you’re gluing or that you’re ok with it shifting. To avoid a massive shift in the gorilla glue while it’s curing, I have started tacking whatever I’m gluing with hot glue. It keeps whatever I’m gluing firmly in place while the gorilla glue forms its bond and it fights it expanding out. If you get it on your skin: wipe it with a dry paper towel. Do not rinse it off. Water causes the glue to start curing and the glue will solidify on your skin. Read more

This is good stuff. Best on wood if you clamp the work, as it swells and can move the pieces apart. Also important to get a fresh bottle. The shelf life is limited on this. You can save it if you're lucky if it thickens but hasn't hardened yet by adding a little bit of acetone to thin it, but don't overdo it. Read more
