I bought these specifically for my son who hits plastic clubs As other plastic and foam golf balls would not be picked up on my Garmin r10 launch monitor. I didn't know for sure if these would work, but the launch monitor sure enough picks them up! Would also be great to use for adults as they're nowhere near as loud as a real golf ball. They do fly a lot further than regular foam balls too So they work great for my son to go play on the real golf course. They are very high quality and so far great durability. Highly recommend. OK so this is NOT a foam ball but it is not a golf ball either, it's something in between. It does read on my Skytrak so glad for that and it's not as hard of an impact as a real ball so easy on the impact screen and if you shank one I do think it would do little to no damage on walls but I think if you hit one smack into glass it would crack it. Even with all that the flight reads pretty close to real balls, I did a 100 shot comparison to real and these and over all I think the Skytrak was showing about a 5 yard loss with these balls. They are a lot quieter than when I'm hitting real balls so that is a plus too. Going to order another set while they are on sale. Read more
Best foam ball by a mile. Furthest travel for me was 95 yards with a driver P wedge went 60. Still draw and fade like a real ball. They will stall out much more in a head wind than a real ball. I have 100yards to work with so these work well. They weigh 15.2g while a ProV1X weighs 45.9 on the same scale. My biggest complaint is the distance traveled isn't a even percentage across all clubs. My driver traveled about 45% of a real ball but my P Wedge was about 65%. Once I figure out the averages it'll be fine. Read more

I purchased these practice balls in addition to several other GoSports products (hitting mats, golf net, flat balls, putting mirror, and swing temp stick). I've been very impressed with GoSports' products. When searching for the artificial hitting mats and golf net, practice balls were popping up so I started looking into those as well to treat myself to. Also, when looking to purchase a golf net, based off of reviews, I was a little worried about ruining the net by hitting regular golf balls into the net, so I figured some softer foam practice balls would be smart to use. I have long had a half dozen or so of the squishy yellow foam practice balls that I don't use that often, but work great for taking full swings with most clubs and keeping the ball in the yard. After reading about these hard foam balls, I was very curious to try them out. In comparing these practice balls to other similar hard foam balls, I decided the GoSports balls were the better value since there are 24 balls for the same price as 10 of the "almost" golf balls. I've never hit the other brand of balls, but I do like these GoSports ones very much! After receiving the balls I immediately tried them out. I hit a soft iron shot just to see how far they went and realized they do go much further than the squishy foam ones. I would say they probably go 1/3 to 1/2 the distance of a real ball. So I've only really taken full swings hitting these balls into the golf net that I also purchased. But what I love about them is that they do give you that "whack" sound/feel of hitting a real golf ball. Not quite the same, but pretty close, and much more so than the squishy foam practice balls. These balls will work great for me, and as my daughter gets better at hitting balls, I will have to move her to hitting these practice ones instead of real balls, so that she doesn't hit into the neighbor's yard. The balls are hard enough they I can't squeeze them between my fingers and compress them any, so yes, they are hard, and will likely still do some damage if hitting them indoors, or if you hit the house or vehicles with them. The balls do also get marked up when hitting into the golf net, but that is not a concern for me. Overall, I am happy with them and they are a great value in my opinion. Read more
Absolutely fantastic feel off the club and works well with my SkyTrak. There is very little sound so I can practice early in the morning before anyone wakes up. Highly recommend! Read more

Great Balls. I use these with my square simulator. Purchased as they are a heavier foam ball. I lose about 10% to 15% distance with foam, but just use sim software to adjust for it. Read more
