Do not purchase! Poor quality stitching and construction. After I inflated the ball, the ball expanded due to the heat causing the cover to rip and blow apart. As you can see the inside bladder is fully intact. It was great for the 10 mins I had it, but good construction and stitching would not do this. Buyer beware. Read more

Great size and quality. I can see this lasting just fine, my dogs don't know what to do with it yet. We are still learning. Read more

Unfortunately, this one also bit the dust quickly. My ball-obsessed 2yo 70lb Am Bulldog loves to chase and nip at large balls. This one seemed like a winner but once she got a hold of the closure, that was it: she ripped the outer cover and punctured the ball in an instant. Lasted a few days of play (didn't give it to her daily, only when she needed the extra exercise). To be fair --and the reason we gave 3 start instead of 1-- this is a herding ball, not intended to be nipped at. Read more

My dogs are obsessed with this ball. They chase it all over the basement and have a blast. Good quality- neither one has busted a hole in it yet. Fun to play with Read more

The cover for the ball was shredded at the seams in 2 places. It looks like maybe the Velcro pulled on it? I was hoping just to receive a new cover or a replacement, but I could only return for a refund. When I went to reorder, the price had gone up $11.00+ in 6 days. I don't think I would have stood up to my pup and his chewing, although it says bite-proof. It does seem odd that the box was fully intact. Read more

Awfully good on grass and not so good on flagstone or pavers. Our active herding dog figured out it's weakest point (stiching) and it didn't last long after that, darn it. Read more

If gave this a zero star, it would be too much. READ THE INSTRUCTION BEFORE YOU BUY. It does not come with anything to inflate the ball; you have to buy that extra. They tell you to use a "hair dryer" to inflate the ball, so I used a hair dryer, and it heated the ball so hot the thing popped. CHEAP, this must have been made in the outskirts of China some place. The media could not be loaded. This is perfect for our australian shepherd puppy! He loves herding it around the yard. He plays pretty rough so I wanted something durable, and this is holding up great. We had one of the hard plastic herding balls, but I like this one way more. I was always nervous about the hard ball running into things or being hard on teeth, so I was happy to find this one. We have an older aussie who likes it too. Our dogs are about 30 and 60 lbs for reference. Definitely recommend for herders and any puppies who have endless energy! Read more
