This pan is the best nonstick pan i have used in quite a while. I forgot ow much fun it is to chase eggs around the skillet. They jus slide! I have used this pan everyday for the last month and I have absolutely No complaints. The pan is lightweight and the stay cool handle does just that, the pan heats evenly and cooks at lower temps than my other pans. I can't fi9nd anything to complain about with this skillet. I've had the 10inch pan for about 18 months of use, averaging about 1.5 uses a week. I don't use metal utensils, never high heat (have stainless steel for that), but I do use the dishwasher on all pans. Ultimately, going to try some other cheap pans because of the warping, but this was worth the small cost and I'll ask use it for things I don't need even heat throughout. Pros: Cheap Lightweight "Dishwasher safe" Good handle, never hot or hard to handle Cons: The pan is warped so the heat is no longer consistent throughout the pan. The non stick is going a little bit, but still easy to clean. When I do decide to retire the pan because of warping, it becomes landfill. Read more

This is an updated review as of May 6th. I now really dislike this pan and will not use it anymore. I never received an answer from the company about whether it could be used with the small scratch in the middle but I used it anyway hoping it would be ok. It has also lost its non stick ability. I only used it for eggs, or sauteing veges and fish but with each use it became less non stick. I use a small amout of olive oil even though it was supposed to be non stick, but that doesn't even help now. I browned the fish last night and it was so hard to get the browned portion off of the pan I had to use my fingernail to scrape it off. I usually use a scrub daddy which works for non stick surfaces. Previous review: I loved this pan when I first started using it. I mostly use wood utensils, but I did use a stanless steel spatula when I had to turn some fish I sauted. I don't know how that could have scratched the pan but I now have a scratch in the middle of the pan on the bottom and I don't know if I should continue to use it. I love, love, love the color of this pan, and the weight of it is not too light and not too heavy. So far nothing sticks to it and I’ve been using it for about a month and a half. It’s a great size and easy to clean. Yes, the underside will discolor at some point from your burner but I expected that when I bought it. I mean it’s a light colored pan so it’s a trade off for having a lovely cooking surface on top. They could opt to make these with all dark colored bottoms but really it doesn’t bother me since the rest of the pan functions as it should and looks beautiful. What guest really needs to be looking at the underside of my pan anyway?? We will see how the nonstick surface holds up over time though. That’s why I didn’t buy a whole set of these yet, because I want to see how long they last before I dive in lol. Read more

I love this deep sauté pan. At first I was skeptical because it's lightweight and I am used to heavier pans but don't let that fool you. I've used this pan for several months now and it performs as well as my heavier pans but I love it so much more because it's nontoxic ceramic, it's lightweight so it's easy to grab, it can go feom stove to oven. and the ceramic makes washing it a joy (who knew I'd use joy in the same sentence as dishwashing). Its held up to my cooking so far, and I cook a lot, however I hand wash all my pots and pans so I can't speak to it's durability if washed in the dishwasher. Read more
