WOW! The Customer service with this company is AMAZING! I wish all companies exhibited the qualities this company provides. We experienced an issue with one faucet handle not staying in position after a licensed Plummer installed two of these beautiful bathroom faucets. We emailed the seller & received an IMMEDIATE response back. After sending a photo of the problem & a copy of our receipt, they immediately shipped us a completely new faucet set. The person I worked with was courteous, professional & remained in contact communication with us making sure we received our replacement & always offering installation assistance if needed. This company is blessed to have an employee who represents them with such a caring & professional nature. Other companies could learn from the quality of customer service they provide. I would not hesitate buying from them again. We LOVE these elegant faucets. Decent for the price. All brass and plastic parts. The faucet and internals are brass or allorsy? The connectors are plastic, and nonstandard snap/twist connecters. You should use some silicone grease when doing the connectors so you dont break the plastic parts or ruin the o rings. The fauncet does NOT swivel or move. The instructions are pretty minimal especially on how to connect the connectors, etc. No leaks. I didn't install the sink plug, so I can't say anything about that. A swivel faucet would help alot. More specific instructionns on exactly how to use the connectors would help, or a video on installation would also help Read more
