I've gotta say, this stuff is really, really good. I added a tablespoon of it to my shakshuka on a whim (after all, it's got a similar flavor profile to the original spices), and it elevated it to another level. I can't imagine what it must do to goulash or other Hungarian food. A little pricey, but a little bit goes a long way. This stuff is great, and we used to get it in Austria and bring it to the U.S. for cooking Goulasch. But I as a kid would just put it on a slice of bread and eat it that way. I recently ordered this and it's just as I remember. But this is the small tube... we can't find it in Austria anymore, and I can't find the big tube online. Don't know how many grams it was, but it was much bigger than this 70g one. Read more
